Maintenance and Service

In order for your HVAC system to operate at its peak performance, preventative maintenance is a necessary step for year round comfort and lower energy costs. By getting your heating and air conditioning unit serviced regularly, you can avoid system failure, keep repair bills from stacking up, and add to the longevity of your system. Hoffner provides preventative maintenance for both commercial and residential furnaces and AC units of nearly any make or model.

When Should My Furnace Be Serviced?

To keep your home safe and comfortable, have a professional assess your heating and cooling system before the weather starts to drastically change. For a cooling system, it’s best to perform maintenance before summer heats up. For a furnace, aim to have routine maintenance before winter arrives.
