First, the honest part: we no longer offer duct cleaning
If you landed here looking for duct cleaning, we discontinued that service. We’d rather tell you straight than sell you something we no longer do. What we do every week: designing, building, installing, repairing, and modifying the ductwork itself, the part of the system that actually determines whether conditioned air reaches your rooms.
Duct design: airflow math, not guesswork
Rooms that never cool down. A second floor that’s ten degrees off. A furnace that’s plenty big but can’t seem to keep up. These are usually duct problems wearing a furnace costume, undersized returns, crushed flex runs, trunk lines that were never designed for the load they carry. We measure, calculate, and design duct systems around the airflow your equipment actually needs. Custom fabrication: our shop, your fit
Off-the-shelf fittings assume an off-the-shelf house. Pittsburgh’s housing stock, stone basements, tight joist bays, century-old framing, is anything but. Our in-house sheet metal fabrication means custom plenums, transitions, boots, and offsets cut on our CNC plasma table for a precision fit, sized to the job, not to a catalog page.
Installation, replacement & modification
- New duct systems for additions, finished basements, and full HVAC replacements
- Duct modifications when equipment changes, a high-efficiency furnace or heat pump often needs different airflow than the system it replaced
- Repairs to crushed, disconnected, or leaking runs, a disconnected duct in a crawlspace can dump the air you paid to heat straight into the dirt
- Added returns, the most common missing piece in houses that won’t balance

My airflow is weak in one room. Is that a duct problem?
Often, yes. Before blaming the furnace or AC, the duct path to that room needs checking: size, length, crushed sections, and whether the room has a return path.
Do you clean ducts?
No, we discontinued duct cleaning. We design, build, install, modify, and repair ductwork.
